President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will publicly present the Victory Plan in the Verkhovna Rada on October 16.

This was announced by the advisor of the President's Office, Serhii Leshchenko, in his Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"On Wednesday, October 16, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will speak in the Verkhovna Rada. Obviously, now there is only one reason for this event - the public presentation of the Victory Plan," he wrote.

Earlier, some media reported with reference to sources that Zelenskyy will publicly present the Victory Plan in the parliament on Wednesday, October 16.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the details of Ukraine's Victory Plan to British Prime Minister Keir Starmer during their meeting in London.

Zelenskyy noted that the Victory Plan is designed to create the right conditions to end the war in a fair way.

According to a message from the President's Office, Zelenskyy called the Victory Plan a bridge to the second Peace Summit, stressing that Ukraine can only negotiate from a strong position.
