Air defense fighters destroy 15 Shaheds on approaches to Kyiv during night – Administration

The Kyiv City Military Administration has reported that about 15 russian Shaheds attacked Kyiv at night, all the drones on the approaches to the capital were destroyed by fighters of air defense units, the fall of debris was recorded in the Obolonskyi District.

Serhii Popko, the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, has informed about this.

"The tenth air attack on Kyiv since the beginning of September! As during almost all attacks during the month, this night the Russian army again used attack UAVs. Preliminarily - no changes, the same drones like "Shahed". They were launched from the south and north - eastern directions. Barrage ammunition began to enter Kyiv in several waves," the official said.

The air alarm in the capital lasted for about three hours.

According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, approximately one and a half dozen russian attack drones that threatened Kyiv were destroyed by the forces and means of air defense units on the approaches and on the territory of the capital.

"Preliminarily, the fall of debris was recorded in the capital's Obolonskyi District. As a result, a non-residential building was damaged. There was no information about the victims," ​​Popko said.
