Trump says US should stop helping Ukraine, but White House does not want it

U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump said during a public speech to voters that the U.S. should withdraw from the war in Ukraine. However, the current administration of the White House does not want this.

This is reported by Reuters.

"Biden and Kamala got us into this war in Ukraine, and now they can't get us out. They can't get us out," Trump said.

The U.S. presidential candidate added that the U.S. did not send its troops to Ukraine, but sent billions of dollars worth of military aid there.

The candidate from the Republican Party once again promised that if he becomes the president of the U.S., he will force Ukraine to sit down at the negotiating table. But if the Democratic candidate Kamala Harris wins, the U.S. will be stuck in the russian-Ukrainian war.

Recall that sources close to Donald Trump said that he has no plans to meet with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

At the same time, Zelenskyy explained that the "victory plan" prepared by him, which he will present, in particular, to U.S. President Joe Biden, is a plan to strengthen Ukraine and does not require cooperation from the russians to achieve success.
