Sense Bank and Nibulon agree on restructuring USD 27.6 million loan
Sense Bank and the Nibulon company (Mykolaiv) agreed on the restructuring of the loan for USD 27.6 million.
This is stated in the bank's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The financial institution and the Nibulon company reached an agreement on the restructuring of the loan portfolio of the agricultural giant in the amount of USD 27.6 million, or more than UAH 1.14 billion.
According to the terms of the agreement, the term of the loan is 8 years, three of which are a grace period until November 2027 and a five-year repayment schedule until September 2032.
Earlier it became known that the State Savings Bank and Nibulon agreed on a number of new credit agreements to replenish working capital, which will refinance the volume of investments made by the company for a total amount of USD 20.3 million.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Nibulon company has started construction of vessels for demining international inland waterways.
Sense Bank is owned by the state.
