AFU eliminate 1,140 occupiers, 21 armored vehicles and 47 artillery systems. General Staff report losses of russians for day

The losses of the aggressor country of the russian federation during the day from August 25 to 26 at the front amounted to 1,140 soldiers, an air defense system and 47 artillery systems.

This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces.

The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 08/26/24 approximately amounted to:

• personnel - about 608,820 (+1,140) persons were eliminated;
• tanks – 8,551 (+4) units;
• armored combat vehicles - 16,648 (+17) units;
• artillery systems - 17,443 (+47) units;
• MLRS – 1,172 (+1) units;
• air defense equipment - 937 (+1) units;
• aircraft - 367 units;
• helicopters - 328 units;
• UAVs of operational-tactical level - 14,134 (+39) units;
• cruise missiles – 2,444 units;
• ships/boats - 28 units;
• submarines - 1 unit;
• motor vehicles and fuel tanks - 23,555 (+80) units;
• special equipment – 2,941 (+13) units.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the losses of personnel of the russian troops on August 22 increased by 1,190 to 605,330 people, and Ukrainian defenders during the day also destroyed 4 tanks, 32 armored combat vehicles and 45 artillery systems.
