Helicopter and 1,220 in personnel eliminated. AFU General Staff reports enemy losses for day

The losses of personnel of the russian armed forces on August 10 increased by 1,220 to 590,920 people, Ukrainian defenders also destroyed 1 helicopter and 58 artillery systems over the day.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has stated this in its operational update on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 08/11/24 approximately amounted to:

• personnel - about 590,920 (+1,220) persons were eliminated;
• tanks – 8,447 (+6) units;
• armored personnel vehicles – 16,363 (+13) units;
• artillery systems – 16,663 (+58) units;
• MLRS – 1,143 units;
• air defense equipment - 918 units;
• aircraft – 366 units;
• helicopters – 328 (+1) units;
• UAVs of operational-tactical level – 13,399 (+27) units;
• cruise missiles – 2,425 units;
• ships/boats - 28 units;
• submarines – 1 unit;
• vehicles and fuel tanks - 22,524 (+71) units;
• special equipment – 2,800 (+11) units.

Recall that russian media stated that the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a military column of the invaders in the Kursk Oblast 30 kilometers from the border on the night of August 9.
