Construction of fortifications completed in Mykolaiv Region - Regional Military Administration

In the Mykolaiv Region, the task of building fortifications has been completed by 100%.

This was reported by the Mykolayiv Regional Military Administration.

"The task of construction of fortifications has been completed by 100%," said the deputy head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Valentyn Haydarzhy.

According to him, the Mykolayiv Region was the first to submit a package of documents on fortifications for approval.

"We are currently finalizing their registration," he said.

Vitalii Kim, the head of the Regional Military Administration, added that the integrity check of the contractors, who were engaged in the construction of fortifications, is still ongoing today.

We will remind you that in the Kherson Region, 97% of the work on the construction of fortifications has been completed.

In June, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Filashkin reported that the third line of fortifications was 90% ready.

In April, the Cabinet of Ministers allocated another UAH 8 billion for the construction of fortifications, then Shmyhal noted that since the beginning of 2024, almost UAH 38 billion have been allocated to strengthening defense lines, and the government is not going to stop there.
