Document SE resumes accepting documents for men abroad
From 07/24/2024, separate foreign branches of the Document State Enterprise resumed accepting applications for passport documents for men, for which men must be verified through the official application of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Reserve+.
This is stated in the message of the company on Wednesday, July 24.
For men abroad, starting today, July 24, applications for passports have been accepted again.
"In order to receive services, the specified category of citizens must verify through the official application of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Reserve+ using a QR code. Confirmation of the presence of valid military registration documents is mandatory," the message reads.
You can submit a questionnaire in Munich, Berlin, Cologne (Germany), Warsaw, Kraków, Wroclaw, Gdańsk (Poland), Madrid, Valencia (Spain), Prague (Czech Republic), Bratislava (Slovakia) and Milan (Italy).
The list of centers and the schedule of work is on the official website of the Document SE.
The following services are available to citizens in foreign units:
- issuing an ID card or foreign passport (including replacing a lost or stolen one);
- exchange of an ID card or foreign passport (in connection with expiration, change of information, unfitness for use);
- exchange of a 1994 model passport for an ID card (upon request or in case of ineligibility).
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, since May 18, the Document State Enterprise has temporarily suspended the acceptance abroad of documents from men of draft age.
In June, the Cabinet of Ministers extended the passport service of the Document SE for Ukrainians abroad until 2025.
