Defense Intelligence confirms destruction of 2 russian Su-57s

The russian aggressors suffered another painful blow - two Su-57 multi-purpose aircraft were hit at the airfield in Akhtubinsk.

Andrii Yusov, a representative of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, said this on the air of the telethon.

"So, regarding the confirmation of the damage, we can now say that one Su-57 has significant damage, while the other has less damage. It is likely that it will be possible to restore it in a faster time," Yusov said.

At the same time, he recalled that the Su-57s were hit for the first time. They are "super new" fighters and the pride of the aggressor country.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on Saturday, June 8, a russian Su-57 multi-purpose fighter was hit on the territory of the Akhtubinsk airfield in the Astrakhan Region of the russian federation.

Later, the Defense Intelligence stated that there were two affected planes.

The Air Force explained why the russian federation hides the Su-57 fighter from the Ukrainian Air Defense Forces.

New satellite images of the airfield in the Astrakhan Region of the russian federation, where the Su-57s were hit, appeared online. Traces of fire are visible on them.
