Секретаріат Президента оскаржив у Київському апеляційному адміністративному суді рішення Окружного адміністративного суду Києва, що зобов'язує Президента Віктора Ющенка оголосити референдум про можливість вступу України в НАТО.
Зі слів заступника глави Секретаріату Марини Ставнійчук, "воно оскаржено в апеляційній інстанції". Також вона підкреслила, що в Секретаріату досить аргументів, щоб довести свою правоту.
Нагадаємо, що 2 липня Окружний адміністративний суд Києва зобов'язав Ющенка оголосити референдум щодо питання про можливість вступу України в НАТО.
Відповідне рішення суд ухвалив за позовом колишнього голови Адміністрації Президента Леоніда Кучми Віктора Медведчука.
