The European Union is not studying the possibility of dispatching its military mission to Ukraine, President of the European Union Donald Tusk said at a press-conference following Ukraine-EU summit.
"We know Ukrainians are willing to see an EU mission here, but it is impossible. We are not discussing the issue in Europe," he noted.
At the same time, Tusk stressed the EU had sent its mission to Kyiv to monitor the defense reform implementation.
As Ukrainian News reported, Tusk supports Ukraine's initiative on an EU assessment mission.
