The National Security and Defence Council says that a special branch of the Federal Security Service of Russia has arrived in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) zone for carrying out a reprisal raid among terrorists, NSDC information centre spokesman Andrii Lysenko has told a news briefing.
"With the mission of "imposing order" in the terrorist milieu, a Russian FSB special diversionary branch Vympel has arrived in the ATO territory from Russia," said Lysenko.
In his words, the special force is 100 strong.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the NSDC says that leader of the terrorist organisation "Donetsk People's Republic" (DPR) has ordered all militant elements to redeploy from Donetsk to Shakhtarsk except the Oplot grouping.
