AFU destroy 870 occupiers and 45 armored vehicles. General Staff reports losses of russians per day
As of the morning of Friday, March 22, russia's losses in the war in Ukraine reached 870 occupiers per day. The total number of losses of the russian army since the invasion began is 434,710 of the military. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 8 tanks, 37 armored personnel carriers and 35 artillery systems.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on Facebook.
The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 03/22/24 were approximately:
- personnel - about 434,710 (+ 870) people eliminated;
- tanks - 6,840 (+ 8) units;
- armored fighting vehicles - 13,111 (+ 37) units;
- artillery systems - 10,775 (+ 35) units;
- MLRS - 1,018 units;
- air defense means - 723 (+ 2) units;
- aircraft - 347 units;
- helicopters - 325 units;
- operational-tactical level UAVs - 8,388 (+ 23) units;
- cruise missiles - 1,953 (+ 31).
- ships/boats - 26 units;
- submarines - 1 unit;
- motor vehicles and tank trucks - 14,287 (+ 45) units;
- special equipment - 1,749 (+ 8).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, as of Thursday morning, March 21, the losses of the russian federation in the war on the territory of Ukraine amounted to 750 militants, the total death toll of the russian military since the beginning of the invasion made 433,840 people. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 4 tanks, 16 armored personnel carriers and 26 artillery systems.
