Russia already lost more than 350,000 soldiers in war. AFU destroy 1,080 occupiers and 14 tanks per day
Russian losses in the war in Ukraine on the morning of Thursday, December 21, amounted to 1,080 invaders. Thus, the total number of losses of the russian army since the beginning of the invasion is approximately 350,270 of the military. In addition, the Armed Forces destroyed 14 tanks, 31 AFVs and 20 enemy artillery systems.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 12/21/23 were approximately:
- personnel - about 350,270 (+ 1,080) people eliminated;
- tanks - 5,828 (+ 14) units;
- armored fighting vehicles - 10,825 (+ 31) units;
- artillery systems - 8,226 (+ 20) units;
- MLRS - 932 (+ 4) units;
- air defense equipment - 611 units;
- aircraft - 324 units;
- helicopters - 324 units;
- UAVs of operational and tactical level - 6,342 (+ 26) units;
- cruise missiles - 1,613 (+ 1) units;
- ships/boats - 22 units;
- submarines - 1 unit;
- motor vehicles and tank trucks - 10,919 (+ 48) units;
- special equipment - 1,208 (+ 5) units.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the losses of russia in the war in Ukraine on the morning of Wednesday, December 20, amounted to 890 invaders, the total number of losses of the russian army since the beginning of the invasion is about 349,190 of its military. In addition, the Armed Forces destroyed 16 tanks, 23 AFVs and 16 enemy artillery systems.
