Hydraulic unit with capacity of more than 300 MW comes out of scheduled repair - Energy Ministry

The hydraulic unit of one of the hydroelectric power plants with a capacity of more than 300 MW came out of planned repair.

This was announced by the Ministry of Energy, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"The electricity produced by Ukrainian power plants is sufficient to meet the needs of consumers. Energy experts continue to prepare the energy system for the heating season, which will take place in the conditions of russian attacks. A large-scale repair campaign is underway at generation facilities - thermal, hydro and nuclear," the message says.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, 1.5 GW of the planned 1.7 GW of additional capacity was added to the power system in preparation for the heating season.
