Sales of new commercial vehicles increase 2.5 times to 1,100 units In June

In June 2023, compared to June 2022, sales of new commercial vehicles increased 2.5 times to 1,068 units.

This is stated in the message of the Ukravtoprom association, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

It is noted that this is the best result in the past 17 months.

Compared to May, sales of commercial vehicles increased by 12%.

Among the new commercial vehicles in June, Renault vehicles were in greatest demand - 356 registered vehicles.

Commercial vehicles of the Scania brand were in second place in the rating (127 registered vehicles), Volkswagen vehicles - the third place (67 vehicles), Peugeot vehicles - the fourth (60 vehicles), and Mercedes-Benz - the fifth (53 vehicles).

Since the beginning of the year, sales of new trucks and special vehicles amounted to 5,190 units, which is 61% more than in the same period last year.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2022, compared to 2021, sales of new commercial vehicles decreased 2.3 times to 6,900 units.
