Occupiers Lost Almost 700 Soldiers, 12 Units Of Armored Vehicles And 10 Drones Per Day
According to the data of the morning of Thursday, April 20, the Ukrainian military eliminated 670 Russian soldiers during the day, the total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 184,420 soldiers. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 10 armored vehicles and 10 UAVs.
This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to April 20, 2023 approximately amounted to:
- personnel - about 184,420 (+670) persons were liquidated,
- tanks - 3,667 (+2) units,
- armored combat vehicles - 7,120 (+10) units,
- artillery systems - 2,825 (+6) units,
- MLRS - 539 (+1) units,
- air defense systems - 285 (+0) units,
- aircraft - 308 (+0) units,
- helicopters - 293 (+0) units,
- UAVs of operational-tactical level - 2,386 (+10),
- cruise missiles - 911 (+0),
- ships/boats - 18 (+0) units,
- automotive equipment and tank trucks - 5,707 (+15) units,
- special equipment - 332 (+2).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, according to data as of Wednesday morning, April 19, the Ukrainian military eliminated 620 Russian soldiers per day, the total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 183,750 soldiers. In addition, the Armed Forces destroyed 16 units of motor vehicles, 12 armored vehicles and 23 UAVs.
The Russian occupation forces sent regular units to the temporarily captured Mariupol of the Donetsk Region to replace the troops sent in the direction of Vuhledar. The troops of the aggressor country are in a state of waiting.
