Russia Deploys 11 Ships On Combat Duty In Black Sea
As of April 20, there are 11 enemy ships on combat duty in the Black Sea, 3 of them carrying Kalibr cruise missiles. A total salvo of up to 13 missiles. This is stated in the message of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In addition, there is 1 enemy ship in the Sea of Azov. And in the Mediterranean Sea, up to 8 enemy ships are on combat duty, including 2 carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles, a total salvo of up to 24 missiles.
During the day, in the interests of the aggressor country of the Russian Federation, the passage of the Kerch-Yenikal Strait was carried out by:
- to the Sea of Azov - 44 vessels, of which 16 were moving from the Bosphorus Strait;
- to the Black Sea - 35 ships, of which 8 continued their movement in the direction of the Bosphorus Strait.
The Russian Federation continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea of 1974 (SOLAS) by turning off automatic identification systems (AIS) on civilian vessels in the waters of the Sea of Azov.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, as of April 19, there were 9 enemy ships on combat duty in the Black Sea, 3 of them carrying Kalibr cruise missiles. A total salvo of up to 16 missiles.
