AFU eliminate 590 invaders and 7 tanks on February 18 – General Staff

On February 18, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) eliminated 590 invaders, destroyed seven tanks and two cruise missiles.

This follows from a statement by the General Staff of the AFU posted on Facebook.

Enemy’s losses from February 24, 2022 to February 19, 2023:

• personnel ‒ about 142,860 (+590) persons were liquidated,
• tanks ‒ 3,310 (+7) units,
• armored fighting vehicles ‒ 6,545 (+12) units,
• artillery systems – 2,327 (+1) units,
• MLRS – 469 (+0) units,
• air defense equipment ‒ 243 (+0) units,
• planes – 298 (+0) units,
• helicopters – 287 (+0) units,
• UAV of operational-tactical level – 2,016 (+0),
• cruise missiles ‒ 873 (+2),
• ships/boats ‒ 18 (+0) units,
• automotive equipment and tank trucks – 5,196 (+0) units,
• special equipment ‒ 224 (+1).

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on February 18, the AFU repelled enemy attacks in the areas of 12 settlements. The Russian occupiers are concentrating offensive actions in five directions.

On February 18, during a massive attack, the AFU shot down two Russian Kalibr missiles.
