AFU Destroyed 200 Occupants, Helicopter, 4 Air Defense Systems And 9 Drones. General Staff named Russian Losses Over Past Day

On August 21, losses of personnel of the Russian troops increased by 200 to 45,400 killed, also the Ukrainian military last day destroyed 1 helicopter, 4 means of air defense and 9 drones.

This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

During the day, the enemy lost 1 helicopter (total - 198), 7 tanks (total - 1,919), 6 armored fighting vehicles (total - 4,230), 4 artillery systems (total - 1,032), 4 anti-aircraft defense equipment (total - 145), 6 units of automobile equipment and tankers (total - 3,149), 4 cruise missiles (total - 194) and 9 drones (total - 815).

Since the beginning of the war, the enemy has also lost 234 aircraft, 266 units of jet artillery, 99 units of special equipment and 15 ships/boats.

The enemy suffered the greatest losses in the Donetsk direction.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on August 19, losses of personnel of Russian troops increased by 200 to 44,900 killed, equipment - by 8 tanks and 8 drones.
