Russian Troops Personnel Losses On May 4 Up 200 To 24,700 Killed, Equipment By 15 Tanks And 2 Aircraft

On May 4, the losses of personnel of the Russian troops increased by 200 to 24,700 killed, and the Ukrainian military also destroyed 15 tanks and 2 aircraft over the past day.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The enemy lost 2 aircraft over the past day (total - 196), 15 tanks (total - 1,092), 41 armored combat vehicles (total - 2,651), 8 artillery systems (total - 499), 6 units of rocket artillery (total - 169) , 2 units of air defense equipment (total - 83), 40 units of vehicles and tankers (total - 1,907), 9 drones (total - 312), 2 cruise missiles (total - 89).

Since the beginning of the war, the enemy has also lost 155 helicopters, 38 pieces of special equipment and 10 ships/boats.

As Ukrainian News Agency reported, earlier the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the military leadership of Russia is trying to replenish the loss of officers at the expense of officers of higher military educational institutions.
