Medvedchuk Detained - Zelenskyy

During a special operation of the Security Service of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada Member Viktor Medvedchuk was detained.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote about this on his Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"A special operation was carried out thanks to the SSU. Well done! Details later," Zelenskyy wrote.

He accompanied this message with a photo of Medvedchuk in camouflage in handcuffs.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in mid-March, Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova reported that Medvedchuk, who was put on the wanted list, had not officially crossed the border.
