The State Border Guard Service has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"Currently, the military of the aggressor countries are painting over the names and pennant numbers on their vessels. Realizing the dirty methods of warfare by the rashists, this action is seen as preparation for the upcoming provocations against civilian vessels, followed by accusations of Ukrainian warships in them," the statement says.
It is noted that since the beginning of a large-scale invasion of Ukraine, the invaders have repeatedly distinguished themselves by meanness in the Black Sea.
So, under the pretext of a fake counter-terrorist operation, they blocked the work of Ukrainian ports.

Turkey, on the other hand, uses the powers under the 1936 Montreux Convention to close the Bosporus and Dardanelles to foreign warships in wartime and in case of threat.
