36.59% Of Voters In 198 Of 199 Constituencies Of All Regions Vote In Rada Election As Of 4 PM
A total of 36.59% of voters in 189 out of 199 constituencies of all regions voted in the snap parliamentary election as of 4 p.m.
This follows from the data of the Central Election Commission, Ukrainian News Agency reports:
So far, the highest turnout was in Chernihiv, Poltava and Khmelnytskyi regions (over 40%), and the lowest in Chernivtsi region (less than 30%).

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in the first round of presidential election, as of 11 a.m., the voter turnout was 16.65%, and in the second round - 18.14%.
In the parliamentary election in 2014, voter turnout as at 4 p.m. was 40.77%.
