Avakov Denies Possessing Villa In Italy

Minister of Interior Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov stated that he did not own any villa in the Italian Republic and noted that the villa recently described by the media was a travel business-project of his spouse.

Ukrainian News Agency has learnt this from the minister.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, some media companies said that in 2017, Avakov acquired a villa on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea in Italy.

According to the reports, the villa has 26 rooms and the total area of 566 sq.m.

Avakov has declared UAH 1,082,323 and his spouse UAH 56,976,679 of income for 2017.
