Groysman Appoints Riabchuk As His Spokesman
Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has appointed Vasyl Riabchuk, a former editor-in-chief of the Espresso television channel, as his spokesman.
Riabchuk announced this in a statement on his Facebook page, the Ukrainian News Agency reports.
According to the statement, Riabchuk took up the position of Groysman's spokesman on February 19.
He was previously an adviser to the prime minister.
According to posts on his Facebook page, Riabchuk previously worked for Channel 5, Inter, TRK Ukraina, and 1 + 1 television channels.
He graduated from the Lesia Ukrainka Volyn State University, where he studied practical psychology.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Groysman's previous spokesman was Oleksandr Melnychuk, who replaced Dmytro Stoliarchuk in the post in July 2017.
