London Court Extends Arrest Of Assets Of Kolomoiskyi, Boholiubov Worth USD 2.5 Billion
On January 19, 2018, the High Court of Justice extended the arrest of assets of former owners of PrivatBank Ihor Kolomoiskyi and Hennadii Boholiubov for USD 2.5 billion.
The press service of PrivatBank announced this to Ukrainian News Agency.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in December 2017, the High Court of Justice has frozen assets of former owners of PrivatBank Kolomoiskyi and Boholiubov for USD 2.5 billion.
The ruling was passed on the basis of evidence proving that Kolomoiskyi and Boholiubov have withdrawn almost USD 2 billion from the bank through a number of illegal operations.
