Appeal Court Returns Case Upon Journalist Buzina Murder To Shevchenkivskyi District Court Of Kyiv

The Kyiv Court of Appeal has refused to change the jurisdiction of the case upon assassination of journalist Oles Buzina and sent it back to the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv.

This is said in respective ruling of the Kyiv Court of Appeal, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office has handed bill of indictment in the Buzina case over to the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv.
