Court Closes Case Upon Illegal Crossing Of State Border By Tymoshenko

The Mostyska district court of Lviv region has closed the case upon illegal crossing of the state border by Chairperson of the Batkivschyna All-Ukrainian Association party Yuliya Tymoshenko at the Shehyni border checkpoint on September 10.

Ukrainian News agency learnt this from Tymoshenko's lawyer Mykola Tytarenko.

Tytarenko noted that similar ruling has been passed regarding member of the Ukrainian Parliament of the Batkivschyna All-Ukrainian Association parliamentary faction Serhii Vlasenko.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on September 10, former president of Georgia / former chairperson of the Odesa Regional State Administration / leader of the New Forces Movement political party Mikheil Saakashvili and has supporters broke through a cordon of law enforcers and entered Ukraine at the Shehyni border checkpoint.
