Constitutional Court's Chair Election Fails Again

Election of chairperson of the Constitutional Court failed again on Tuesday, December 12.

Ukrainian News agency learnt this from a well-informed source in the Court.

On November 2, the election of the new chairperson of the Constitutional Court failed as well.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in the period of March 18, 2014 - March 18, 2017, the Constitutional Court was headed by Yurii Baulin.

On March 18, 2017, his tenure there expired.
