MP Dmytrenko Suggesting Rada Allow Some Criminals To Go Home Celebrate Their Birthdays, Other Holidays

Member of the Verkhovna Rada Oleh Dmytrenko (the Petro Poroshenko's Bloc parliamentary faction) suggests that the Rada allow criminals accused for criminal negligence be released from prison for the celebration of holidays.

This is said in the bill No.7335 registered in the Verkhovna Rada on November 23, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on May 18, the Verkhovna Rada revoked the so-called Savchenko's law that allowed substantially reducing sentences to criminals and suspects kept in jail without final trial.
