Kolomoiskyi Sues NBU To Protect Business Reputation

Ihor Kolomoiskyi, former co-owner of PrivatBank, has sued the National Bank of Ukraine to protect his business reputation.

The Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv registered the lawsuit on November 1, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Respondents in the lawsuit include the National Bank of Ukraine, the limited liability company Ribotto, Taras Myroshnyk, the limited liability company Information Agency Interfax-Ukraine, and others.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in September, former board chairman of PrivatBank Oleksandr Dubilet has filed a lawsuit against PrivatBank in a bid to defend his honor and dignity and protect his business reputation.
