Law Enforcers To Achieve Arrest Of MP Dovhyi's Property

Ukrainian law enforcement bodies intend to demand that court arrest property of member of the Ukrainian Parliament of the Will of People parliamentary group Oles Dovhyi.

Ukrainian News agency learnt this from a well-informed source in law enforcement bodies.

According to the report, soon, respective appeal will be lodged at court.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on Friday, the Kyiv Prosecutor's Office served Dovhyi with charge papers.

In particular, the Dovhyi faces charges under Section 2, Article 28 (commitment of a crime by a group of people in collusion, an organized group or a criminal organization), Section 2, Article 364 (abuse of power or office) of the Penal Code.

On July 11, the Rada lifted a parliamentary immunity of Dovhyi.

On June 21, Lutsenko filed a proposal to the Verkhovna Rada about lifting a parliamentary immunity of Dovhyi.
