Lutsenko Orders Military Prosecutors To Take Case On Explosion In Solomianskyi District Of Kyiv

Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko has ordered the Chief Military Prosecutor's Office to investigate into the terrorist attack in Solomianskyi District of Kyiv and murder of Maksym Shapoval, the head of the elite force of the Main Intelligence Department of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine.

Chief Military Prosecutor Anatolii Matios announced this on his Facebook page, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

He gives no further details.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Head of the elite force of the Main Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense has died in a car explosion in Solomiyanskyi district of Kyiv.
