Agreement In Visa-Free Travels To Turkey On Ukrainian ID-Cards Takes Effect

The Agreement on Visa-Free Travels to the Republic of Turkey on Ukrainian ID-cards has taken effect.

Department of the Consular Service of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Ukraine has written this on Twitter, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Now Ukrainian citizens can go to Turkey and stay there for 90 days within the 180-day period using only their ID-cards.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on May 30, Turkey approved ID-card-based visa-free travels for Ukrainians.

The State Migration Service of Ukraine has registered 550,000 ID-cards.
