Milkiland To Appoint Ex-Economy Minister Sheremeta As Member Of Board Of Directors

At their general meeting in June, the stockholders of Milkiland N.V. intend to consider appointment of former energy and coal industry minister Pavlo Sheremeta.

The company has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The stockholders' meeting is scheduled for June 30.

Sheremeta occupied the position of the economy minister between February 27 and September 2, 2014.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2016, Milkiland cut its EBITDA by 44.8% or EUR 4.409 million to EUR 5.443 million year over year.

In 2016, the company cut its loss by 46.9% or EUR 34.39 million to EUR 38.906 million.

In 2016, company's net revenues decreased by 23.3% or EUR 44.689 million to EUR 146.758 million over 2015.
