State Border Service Denies 220 Russian Citizens Entry Into Ukraine During May Holidays

The State Border Service denied 220 citizens of Russia entry into Ukraine during the May holidays.

The State Border Service announced this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

In addition, border guards detained nearly 1,000 people for illegally crossing the state border during the period from April 28 to May 9, including 27 illegal migrants.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the State Border Service denied 15 foreigners entry into Ukraine from April 30 to May 2 because of their likely participation in provocations aimed at destabilizing the situation in the country.
