Cabinet Reallocates UAH 430.6 Million To Finance Armed Forces, Military Personnel Training

The Cabinet of Ministers has reallocated UAH 430,600,000 to finance the Armed Forces of Ukraine and training of the military personnel.

This is said in the respective Executive Order No. 247 dated April 12, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

In particular, the funds have been reallocated within the total volume of financing approved for the Ministry of Defense for 2017.

The reallocation was done by decreasing the planned expenses under the section of Providing for Activities of Armed Forces and Military Training and increasing expenses for development.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2017, financing of the Defense Ministry increased by 8.5% to UAH 64.5 billion as compared to the year before.
