Court Hearing Appeal Against Nasirov's Arrest With UAH 100 Million Bail March 13

The Kyiv Court of Appeal on March 13 is hearing the appeal against the arrest of the suspended Chairman of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov with UAH 100 million bail.

Ukrainian News Agency learned this from a statement made by the Court press service.

The sitting is due to start at 11:00 a.m.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Solomyanskyi District Court of Kyiv issued a 60-days' arrest warrant for Nasirov and set a bail of UAH 100 million.

The Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office asked for a UAH 2 billion bail.

Nasirov's defence team asked the tribunal not to impose a sanction on him.
