Law Enforcers Find Russian Passport In Suspect Of Kidnapping Of MP Honcharenko

Law enforcement officers have found a Russian passport in a suspect of kidnapping of member of the Ukrainian Parliament of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction Oleksii Honcharenko.

Prosecutor of Odesa region Oleh Zhuchenko has told this to the NewsOne TV channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

He said the kidnapping was staged.

"Once Oleksii was delivered to certain place, three persons carrying acids arrived there," the prosecutor said.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the prosecutor's office stated that unknown persons had kidnapped Honcharenko in Odesa.
