In Dnipropetrovsk Region, gas stations will reduce fuel stocks and install mobile shelters – Regional Military Administration

In the Dnipropetrovsk Region, gas stations will reduce fuel stocks to minimize potential losses from possible russian attacks. In addition, mobile shelters will appear at gas stations, and the police will monitor compliance with the rules during alarms and prevent traffic congestion. This was reported in a statement by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha.

According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, gas station operators in the region will now keep less gasoline and diesel in underground tanks, which will significantly reduce the consequences of possible enemy strikes.

At the same time, Oleksandr Hanzha emphasized that the fuel situation in the region remains quite stable. The authorities, together with business, have already worked out a clear algorithm of actions in case of disruptions: if necessary, fuel will be promptly delivered by gas trucks or mobile gas stations will be deployed.

To protect citizens, mobile shelters are being installed at gas stations in the region and mandatory notification of the threat of shelling is being introduced.

Important: During an air raid, all visitors and employees are required to immediately leave the gas station territory.

Police crews will monitor compliance with this rule. Law enforcement officers will patrol the territories of the stations, additionally instruct the population, and ensure that no large crowds of people and cars form near the gas stations.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, gas stations in the northern region of Zhytomyr Region will not operate during the air raid alert.
