Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk confirmed that his country is ready to revive relations with Ukraine and positively assessed the decisions of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, which could help end the conflict.

The Polish Prime Minister published his statement on relations with Ukraine on the social network X, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The head of the Polish government assured that Warsaw is ready for a serious and friendly dialogue.

Tusk stressed that he perceives Zelenskyy's words and decisions "with pleasure and hope".

According to him, relations between Kyiv and Warsaw should be based on mutual respect and truth.

"I welcome and hope Zelenskyy's words and decisions regarding relations between our states, which should be based on mutual respect and truth. We are ready for a serious and friendly dialogue on the issues that unite us and those that divide us today," the Polish Prime Minister said.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Tusk positively assessed the meeting between Zelenskyy and Nawrocki on the sidelines of the NATO summit.
