Russia fired seven missiles of various types and 90 UAVs at Ukraine - Ukrainian Air Force Command
On the night of today, July 18, the russian army attacked Ukraine with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles, two Oniks anti-ship missiles, three Kh-59/69 guided aircraft missiles from the airspace of the temporarily occupied territory (TOT) of Crimea and 90 strike UAVs of the Shahed type (including jet), Gerbera, Italmas, loitering munitions Banderol and simulator drones of the Parody type.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force Command.
The drones were launched from the following directions: Bryansk, Oryol, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (russian federation), Donetsk TOT, Hvardiyske (TOT of Crimea).
The main direction of the strike is the Odesa Region.
"According to preliminary data, as of 09:00 am, air defense shot down/suppressed one Kh-59/69 guided aircraft missile and 69 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas types and drones of other types in the north, south and east of the country," the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
Missile hits and 19 strike UAVs were recorded at 19 locations, as well as the fall of downed ones (fragments) at five locations.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare (EW) and unmanned systems units, as well as mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
