Pavlo Livertovskyi appointed CFO of Naftogaz Group

The Supervisory Board has appointed Pavlo Livertovskyi as a member of the Board and CFO of Naftogaz Group.

This is announced in the company's statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The statement says that Livertovskyi has over 20 years of experience in the field of corporate finance, strategic management, financial controlling and business valuation.

He also worked in international consulting companies and in the Ukrainian corporate sector.

He was responsible for business planning, management reporting, financial control, strategic planning, financial modeling, investment management and capital allocation.

He specializes in business valuation, financial modeling and support of large-scale corporate projects in the energy, oil and gas, metallurgical and financial industries.

He holds a Master's degree in Economics with honors, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Auditing from Tel Aviv University (Israel).

Previously, Taras Pasazhko served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Naftogaz Group.

He continues to work as Deputy Chief Financial Officer.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Naftogaz Group has for the first time booked long-term LNG regasification capacities in Europe.
