26-year-old woman killed in drone attack on Odesa beach
On Tuesday afternoon, the russian occupiers launched drone strikes on Odesa, killing a young woman who was resting on the beach, and injuring another man.
This was announced by the head of the Odesa Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, on his Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"The enemy attacked the Odesa Region with strike drones. Unfortunately, a 26-year-old woman was killed as a result of a russian attack on the coast of Odesa. A 39-year-old man was injured. He is receiving assistance," Kiper said.
Currently, information on the number of victims is being clarified.
Relevant services are working on the scene.
The head of the Regional Military Administration called on citizens not to ignore air raid sirens and to stay in shelters during enemy attacks.
Meanwhile, local Telegram channels reported that a drone fragment hit a woman who was resting on Odesa's Vidrada beach.
She was taken unconscious by an ambulance crew, but the injured woman could not be saved.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, today the russian army also launched a missile strike on Kryvyi Rih, killing three people and injuring more than 20.
