Power outage schedules have been introduced in the temporarily occupied Crimea. Power will be cut off every three hours. The Krym.Realii publication reported this on Monday, June 22, citing the Krymenergo company.

Specifically, power will be cut off every three hours in Alushta, Dzhankoi, as well as in the Nyzhnohirskyi, Chornomorsk, and Krasnoperekopsk Districts.

Due to the difficult situation in the power grid of Crimea and Sevastopol, rolling blackouts are in effect in our district according to the following schedule: 3 hours without power, 3 hours with power. The schedule will be communicated to residents after approval by the relevant authorities,” stated Andrey Shatyrenko, the so-called deputy head of the Chornomorsk District.

In addition, residents of the city of Sudak will be without power for up to three hours a day. Street lighting will also be temporarily shut off in some cities in Crimea.
