In the Zaporizhzhia Region, a project has been launched to protect gas stations from attacks by russian drones. Local authorities have already developed a standard design for special protective structures for gas stations in frontline communities. Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, has announced this during a televised marathon.

Currently, the regional administration is actively communicating with the owners of all gas stations in the region to implement the necessary safety measures as quickly as possible and construct protective structures.

The head of the Regional Military Administration emphasized the effectiveness of such measures in practice. He recalled that the day before, a russian drone had already struck one of the gas stations in Zaporizhzhia. Thanks to the protective structures previously installed at that facility, it was possible to completely avoid any deaths or injuries among the gas station staff.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Zelenskyy warned Ukrainians of a possible intensification of russian strikes.
