Due to damage to infrastructure in the area, an emergency power outage has been reported. Utility services are working to restore power.

Earlier reports indicated that five adults and four children were injured in the same shelling incident.

According to the State Emergency Service, more than 100 rescue workers and 27 pieces of equipment were deployed to address the aftermath of the shelling.

As a reminder, in Odesa, parts of the city’s central districts and several transportation companies were left without power following an accident at a local thermal power plant.
