Russian attack on enterprise in Chernihiv Region kills one person, destroys trucks

On the night of May 31, russian forces launched a drone attack on an industrial facility in the Chernihiv Region, causing a fire in the parking lot. Rescue workers discovered the body of a deceased man while clearing the site.

It was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Last night, an enemy drone struck the territory of one of the enterprises in the Koriukivka District of the Chernihiv Region. The strike caused a fire in the parking lot — the fire destroyed seven trucks.

Emergency responders discovered the body of a 58-year-old man who had died while clearing up the aftermath of the attack.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, russia claims that the Ukrainian side attacked the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant with a drone, in response to which the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued an official statement refuting the allegations. Russia’s accusations are viewed as yet another disinformation campaign.
