Russian troops advance near three villages in Donetsk Region - DeepState

Analysts from the DeepState project have reported new advances by russian troops in the Donetsk Region.

According to the analysts, the occupiers are advancing near the settlements of Pazeno, Kalenyky, and Riznykivka.

"The enemy has advanced near Pazeno, Kalenyky, and in Riznykivka," DeepState reported.

The information was released following an update to the map of combat operations.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on May 8, US President Donald Trump announced a three-day ceasefire between Ukraine and russia, which would entail a ceasefire from May 9 to May 11, as well as an exchange of prisoners of war.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed Trump’s statement regarding the three-day ceasefire and thanked the American leader for mediating the negotiations.

Later, Zelenskyy’s decree allowing russia to hold a parade in moscow was published on the website of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
